Florham Park Real Estate & 2007 Home Sales

87 homes were sold in Florham Park, NJ in 2007…up 5% over 2006. Days on Market (DOM) were up a bit as well, but the average price of homes sold was down 10% from the previous year.

Most people don’t realize that Chatham, New Jersey is made up of Chatham Township and Chatham Borough.

December 2007 New Jersey Home Sales

Homes continued to sell in New Jersey during December 2007.SOLD

Prices were down about 11% from the previous month.

Average Days on Market (DOM) were only two months in December versus three months in November.

Why? 

Sellers realized that well priced homes will sell and Buyers took advantage of year end “specials.”
