I grew up in Short Hills and my husband grew up in Livingston. Our roots are here. In fact, both sides of the family have been in NJ for over 100 years. My whole family loves New Jersey. We all stayed. I have cousins living in five NJ counties…all within 30 minutes of each other. I love it here and have raised my kids to appreciate it so much that I am confident that they too will become the next generation that chooses to settle here.
What is particularly great about being along the Midtown Direct Train Line is that we can be in NYC within 30 minutes and at the Jersey Shore in 40 minutes. We have abundant access to activities like bike rides around the Great Swamp, tennis on grass courts, quality restaurants, amazing antiquing, great shopping and the kicker is we are 14 minutes to Newark Airport.
If you are looking for a place that will give you a fulfilling life, you must consider of Essex, Morris & Union counties. Your family will be forever grateful.
