Has the market picked up during the 1st quater of 2010? In Orlando, our March closings were up 40% over 2009. Most think its fueled by the tax credit but there is some hope that investors have perceived a bottom and foreign money is moving in. And we’ve had average price increases each of the last two months although the average priceis still 19% below last year.
