Livingston, NJ Real Estate and 2007 Home Sales

Welcome to LivingstonLivingston, NJ Real Estate saw an 11% GAIN in housing prices in 2007 over 2006

While the decrease in the number of homes sold in Livingston, NJ last year was also eleven percent, housing prices were up and Days on Market were down nearly 15%. 
Buyers saw the value in Livingston, NJ and were willing to pay for it…thus keeping housing prices strong.

  1. This is an overly optimistic graph.
    It would be more than interesting to plot the same chart and graph in 6 months to a year.

  2. Thanks, but those are the 2007 housing numbers so buyers and sellers can get a better idea of the overall range Livingston NJ has to offer.
