December is shaping up to be even stronger…will let you know. The Midtown Direct Train line into NYC and the 24/78 industrial corridor are helping to maintain our market.

Perri- How many homes are for sale right now in the Garden State MLS? So, your MLS covers three counties, Essex, Morris, and Union? Sounds like a big area.

Hey there Alabama, We may be small, but we pack a Big Punch. In Essex, Morris & Union Counties we have 8794 homes for sale today. It makes life interesting as an agent. No wonder we are the most densely populated state!!!
The key is to focus on a core group of people that want an easy commute into NYC…whether they live in a condo, single family home or apartment. We have it all!!!
